CONTINGENCY SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

Premier Power Welder has often benefited from the positive exposure generated by loyal customers. This being true, Premier decided to introduce its Contingency Sponsorship Program. This program was designed to provide support and incentives for the individuals who will run our products and stickers in events and competition. Pull Pal /Premier Power Welder feels strongly that this is a very positive program for everyone involved - and we hope you agree.

To be accepted into the Pull Pal / Premier Contingency Sponsorship Program, you must first fill out the corresponding form provided with this letter. When mailing it back to us, we’d like you to include photographs of your vehicle in any prior competitive events in which you may have participated. We’d also like you to tell us about any events you have won, as well as any media exposure you have generated for yourself or other sponsors. The media exposure may have come in the form of a magazine article, or perhaps even a video feature. Once we receive your application, we will send you stickers.

The Pull Pal / Premier Contingency Sponsorship Program provides the following incentives:

A. Purchases

1a. If you are accepted to the Pull Pal / Premier Contingency Sponsorship Program, you will have access to products for your vehicle at wholesale pricing.

B. Events

1a. For any first place finish in a Pull Pal /Premier Power Welder recognized four-wheel drive competition, we will pay you $125.00 in cash.

2a. For any second place finish in a Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder recognized four- wheel drive competition, we will pay you $75.00 in cash.

3a. For any third place finish in an Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder recognized four- wheel drive competition, we will pay you $50.00 in cash.

4a. For any first, second or third place finish in a Pull Pal /Premier Power Welder recognized four-wheel drive competition where you have run our stickers (and not our product), we will pay you $50 (for 1st place) or $25 (for 2nd and 3rd)

C. Magazine Features (for who do not place 1st-3rd in a rock-crawl competition contingency money can only be collected in one sponsorship category per event)

1c. For any article in a Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder recognized, printed publication featuring an exclusive on your vehicle with mention of Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder and visible Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder stickers, we will pay you $150.00 in cash.

D. Magazine Photographs (for who do not place 1st-3rd in a rock-crawl competition) contingency money can only be collected in one sponsorship category per event)

1d. For any color photograph, specifically of your vehicle, prominently displaying Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder stickers in a Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder recognized, printed 4WD magazine, we will pay you $100.00 in cash.

2d. For any black and white photograph, specifically of your vehicle, prominently displaying Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder stickers in a Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder recognized, printed 4WD magazine, we will pay you $50.00 in cash.

If accepted into the Pull Pal / Premier Power W elder Contingency Sponsorship Program, the following terms and requirements will apply:

1. Equipment

A. Welder or Land Anchor

1a. Your vehicle must be equipped with the Premier Power Welder underhood welding system, (or one of our high output alternators) or the Pull Pal foldable land anchor.

B. Stickers

1b. Your vehicle must display the 12” stickers provided by Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder (on both sides of your vehicle, or your custom color-coordinated stickers if approved by us.).

2b. Disqualification from the Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder Contingency Sponsorship Program

2. Misconduct

A . Pull Pal / Premier will reserve the right to disqualify you from it’s program for behavior deemed destructive to the Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder names or reputations such as cheating, drunkenness or fighting. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the decision/s of Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder is / are final.

3. Incentives

A. Product purchases

1a. If you do not already own our Pull Pal or Premier Power Welder underhood welding / charging systems, any purchases of Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder products must be made through Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder (Carbondale, CO).

2a. Any Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder products purchased will be expressly for your use on your vehicle in the interest of promoting Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder. Purchase for friends and family may sometimes be allowed, but will generally be discouraged.

B. Cash redemptions

1b. Notification and proof of eligibility for a cash redemption will be your responsibility. You will have 30 (thirty) days from the time your feature appeared or your event took place to file for cash redemption.

2b. Pull Pal / Premier Power Welder will reserve the right not to pay a cash redemption if at any time your conduct is in question following said event or feature.

C. Liability

You agree to defend and hold harmless Pull Pal Inc. and Premier Power Welder, LLC, it’s employees, officers, affiliates and assigns any liability resulting from the use or promotion of our products.
