PULL PAL, INC. MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
PULL PAL, INC. warrants each PULL PAL to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The warranty commences upon delivery to customer and covers the lifetime of the PULL PAL with original receipt and original owner. This warranty does not apply to loss of vehicle or equipment, loss of time, or other incidental or consequential damage. PULL PAL, INC. does not accept responsibility for loss of use of vehicle, loss of time, towing, travel, lodging, inconvenience, loss of revenue, or cost of replacement/rental vehicle. PULL PAL, INC. requires that only original PULL PAL parts be used in these repairs and request that our factory do the repair. Under no circumstances shall PULL PAL, INC. be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this warranty. This warranty does not apply if in the sole judgment of PULL PAL, INC., the product has been altered in any way or damaged due to accident, adjustment, neglect or misuse of application for which it is not designed. The correct size of PULL PAL for the GVW of the vehicle must be used or that may void the warranty. |
